- How do you decide our pricing? Our pricing is based on a variety of requirements, including material, quantity, tolerance and other factors, as stated by our customers.
- What is your lead time on moulds? Typically, we will require anywhere from 30 to 45 days to produce a mould, but simpler projects can be completed within three to four weeks.
- What globally recognized quality standards do you follow? We have been awarded with the ISO9001:2008 certificate
- Who will oversee a given project? Any project taken on by us will be managed by a project team consisting of Engineering and Production Managers, while our Business Manager will handle day-to-day communication with our customers.
- What is your mould maintenance program? As an added bonus, we can supply you with critical spare parts at short notice so you won’t have to take your mould out of production. Furthermore, we will provide you with complete drawings and all software files related to your project.
- What secondary operations do you provide? We offer a complete mold manufacturing process which, based on requirements, can include secondary processing such as plating, painting and engraving.
- Do we guarantee the moulds for the life of a project? Guarantees are offered in accordance with customer requirements, but the quality of our moulds will always live up to life cycle promises.
- Do we have engineering support structure in place for new product development? Our company has a top class design department, who along with our highly skilled engineers are fully capable of assisting you with product development. In fact, we welcome close and long term cooperation.
- Will you have enough capacity to support a customer's growth? We are constantly growing ourselves, and in addition to our current capacity, we have full back-up by our strategic partnerships, which we can call on to support very large-scale production, beyond the requirements of most manufacturers.
- What is your policy towards technological upgrading? We are constantly upgrading our factory with frequent investments in new equipment and aim to achieve leadership in our market.
- Do you offer factory tours? Absolutely! We welcome customers, both old, new and potential, to audit our factory at any time of their choosing.
- Do you have experience in multiple industries? Yes, our cross-industry experience is significant: we have produced a wide variety of specialized close tolerance parts for specific industrial applications. We specialize in customization, and are highly skilled at part development for cost effective manufacturing.
- Who are your previous clients and what have we manufactured for them? Among our roster of customers you will find notable companies such as TE, ITT, SEWS/Sumitomo, Huawei, Amphenol and many more.
- Where are you located? Do you have multiple production facilities? Our HQ is located in Huizhou’s DayaWan District, a mere couple of miles away from the Shenzhen City border. Besides our HQ, we have developed strategic partnerships with fellow suppliers who, at very brief notice, can assist us with the making of larger tools and very high volume plastic injection production.
- Will you be able to provide logistical support? We have long standing close relationships with local freight forwarders and are always happy to support you with the logistics required to get your tool or parts from door to door in any way, shape of fashion you may prefer it.
